Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones was born on the 3rd of September in 1977. She is an American actress. There are a few soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne in True Blood, the HBO show True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her teaching career in teaching Reading in Kindergarten as well as the 1st grade in Maury County. Brent Jones moved from UT Martin to Thompsons Station after she got married. She started her career as a teacher in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued on to teach and earn her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when the family welcomed their son Baylor to the family in 2000. Ashley's focus over the last 15 years has been growing children in her own church and the local community. She also serves in various capacities. Ashley has been teacher and director at Thompson Station's Preschool and Students Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley as well as her kids taught the history of kindergarteners as well as the first graders in a homeschool tutorial. God advised her that while she was enjoying doing her homeschool and spending time with children, the family needed to return to a full-time school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five daughters.
